  • Výborná kyselice a Svijany

  • Rezervoval jsem si pokoj č. 4 , který mi byl potvrzen !!! Když jsem přijel dostal jsem jiný pokoj - tedy v podkroví , tj. 2 x schody !!! Byl jsem po horské tůře v Krkonoších a druhý den jsem celý den přednášel ve stoje . Navíc na pokoji 10 se při příjezdu netopilo ( po mém dotazu u večeře začali temperovat ) Při příjezdu bylo pootevřené okno - takže prostě zima . Omluvu druhý den ráno za chybnou interní komunikaci v hotelu nepovažuji za adekvátní . Jiří Hlavica

  • Klidné prostředí, vhodné umístění v centru Kopřivnice.

  • Z důvodu probíhající rekonstrukce netekla celý den teplá voda a navíc parkoviště u penzionu bylo rekonstrukcí omezeno, že se nedalo v den odhlášení z penzionu odjet. I přes tento objektivní fakt, si obsluha penzionu neodpustila lístkem za sklem vozu upozornit, že parkoviště je pouze pro hosty penzionu. Což mi přijde na závěr pobytu silně přehnané.
